Hey All, Just a friendly note from someone who does this dance with suppliers ALL THE TIME. First off, know what your comparison rate is. NEVER TELL THEM OR SHOW THEM WHAT YOU ARE PAYING. If they have something better, let them prove it to you WITHOUT SEEING YOUR BILL. All these companies I deal with, the first thing they want to see is your bill, so they can just inch in under what you are paying. With deregulation, it's a free market and everything is very confusing. Most companies now are offering a fixed rate which is good, but still I believe it is a buyer beware type situation.
