Dear neighbors, I am looking to buy a smaller house (2+ bedrooms) in the Highland Park, Morningside, Stanton Heights area. Price cannot exceed $80,000. It can be in need of larger amounts of TLC. I would be very grateful for any leads or information. Thank you Axel
