La-Z-Boy couch bed and throw pillows (images attached).
Pros:
Very sturdy frame (not loose or creaky) and the mechanism for the Queen bed works flawlessly.
Cushions are a bit saggy but still have enough support in them.
No stains or large tears in fabric.
From a non-smoking home with no pets.
Works well for smaller spaces.
Dimensions: 90" W x 24" H x 36" D

Cons
There's no mattress for the bed. Cushions have some wear and tear on edges. Overall could use a cleaning.
Need to move it quickly (before it rains tonight; I had to move it into the front yard).

U haul (bring a helper as I can't move it/it takes 2 people).
