I am a former professional dancer and experienced yoga teacher who recently relocated from New York City to Highland Park. I have studied and taught many styles of yoga and received my certification with world renowned yogi Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City. My classes will be tailored to your specific needs in order to deepen your practice and bring awareness and light to your life! Please feel free to email me for more information and rates.
