SFE Energy is, to my knowledge, not in any way affiliated with Duquesne Light or Peoples.  I already have a third-party electricity supplier, and what this person was telling me didn't gibe with the actual, legal process for switching suppliers.

I can only assume that this is some kind of scam - at best, it's very misleading marketing.  Be careful out there, and do your research properly before you sign any forms.
