cheese fondue, coq au vin (chicken & vegetables in wine), dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus & mushrooms topped with a tarragon crème fraiche, and a Normandy pear tart with almond filling
 
9/20 TAPAS:  6:00-9:00 PM/$65.00
shrimp in a sherry cream sauce, patatas bravas (spicy potatoes), grilled chorizo kebabs, fried cheese with red and green tomato jam, baked leeks with Serrano ham, orange, mint & fennel salad, roasted sweet onions with Cabrales blue cheese, almonds, & chives, plus fried dessert fritters, Spanish coffee and Sangria
 
9/21 & 9/28  THAI II:  6:00-9:00 PM/$60 for one/$120 for both (must have taken a previous Thai class)
9/21:  cashew chicken, lemongrass salad, red curry chicken with lychees, peanut crusted shrimp over mango salad, sweet and sour pork, banana filled coconut crepes with a flaming rum butter sauce
 
9/28:  massaman beef curry, pork pad siewe, mee grob (fried rice noodles with meat & seafood), steamed mussels in lemongrass coconut basil sauce, laksa (chicken curry soup), and Bangkok baklava
 
9/29 ITALIAN DINNER:  6:00-9:00 PM/$60.00
herb salad with shaved Parmesan, fettuccini in a sundried tomato-artichoke cream sauce, gnudies (spinach & ricotta dumplings) topped with vodka sauce with hot sausage & roasted red peppers, individual beef bracioles, fried bread pockets stuffed with mozzarella and prosciutto and topped with a lemon butter sauce, and cannoli for dessert.
