I need to find someone ASAP to do repair work on a plaster wall and two sections of ceiling, all of which got water damaged a month ago when everyone in Pittsburgh was having roof/ceiling leaks. My house is going on the market soon so I need to get this done as quickly as possible. Another concern is cost (of course). I'm a struggling grad student on a tight budget, so I'm looking for someone who charges reasonable rates. This is not a major job, but would be good for someone who knows how to do this type of work right and would be willing to take on a smaller job. If you can recommend anyone, then please let me know.
