Through sheer stupidity, I purchased a truly gorgeous Douglas Fir (about 5.5 ft.) at Sestili's that is so dense and full I was unable to carry it into my house and set it up. I paid $60 for it (yesterday); I'll sell it for $30.

I now own a less lush Douglas Fir from Home Depot -- same height -- which weighs less than half as much. I had no trouble setting it up. Lesson learned.
