On the way out this afternoon (11:56am exactly) an off white/gray "poodle"-esk type dog was walking up the 6000 block of Jackson Street.

 

- Curly hair
- Bright red collar (too far off to see if there were tags or not)
- Walking towards the park
- Very skinny and brittle looking

 

That's all I got while speeding off - sorry.
