I have a two bedroom row house for rent across from Dilworth school. In addition it has a living room, dining room, small kitchen and one bath. Hardwood floors throughout, large deck in back off of kitchen with back yard. Kitchen has stove and fridge, no dishwasher. Washer and Dryer along with plenty of storage space in basement.
