We have one bedroom available in a three bedroom house on N Sheridan Ave. The house has front and rear gardens, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets, plant room, dining room and lounge.
Two female tenants currently live in the property and the new roommate would share the utilities equally, which average out to $80 per month over the year.
