On Easter Sunday afternoon, I witnessed a young man in a brownish colored, older model, Buick sedan, license plate (I think) DHW 8124, driving aggressively and in a menacing and threatening manner in order to harass and intimidate a fellow (female) resident of Jackson Street while she was stopped at an intersection. I attempted to intervene and I have already made the Zone 5 police aware of the incident. Please don't hesitate to follow up with a phone call to the police if you witness similar behavior on the part pf this young man or anybody else. In a neighborhood full of kids that play outside and people walking their dogs, aggressive driving and threatening behavior behind the wheel of a car can't be tolerated.
