Whether
you're brand new to yoga or have a desire to refine or reignite your
current practice, this series is for you! One meaning of vinyasa is "to
put or to place in a special way". During these 4 Saturdays, we'll break
down a variety of common yoga poses and sequences while learning how to
combine breath and body in a special way. This class will be
interactive with space for questions.
