We have a newly renovated, 2-bedroom home in Morningside that will be available for rent July 1st.  It has a 2 car garage,  off street parking, laundry  in the basement, whole house AC, and a completely new bathroom.  I live in HP, so am easily available for problems.  Morningside is a quiet, integrated neighborhood, contiguous with HP.  It has a small business district with a RiteAide, bank, car repair garage, pizza, hair & nail salons.   It has public transportation accessible to downtown and Oakland, etc.  It has a lovely little yard and if you like to garden, have fun.
