Hi neighbors!

A good friend of mine, who currently owns in Penn Hills, is being forced to leave PH due to the cutting of all buses to the area on September 1st.  What her family is looking for is a 1+ year rental, to allow them to get their house ready to put onto the market, and then sell it, before buying a new home along the bus lines here in the city.  

They have 3 small children (oldest is 8), and a dog.  They would prefer 3 bedrooms, but 2 could be okay.
