Happy New Year and We Miss You! 
Reaching out to everyone because Book 'Em is about to go through a big change and we're going to need some help/ Unfortunately, the TMC lease at 5129 Penn Avenue is not being renewed after Dec 2021 as the building will be sold. So we're going to need a new space to operate before the end of the year.  Although this is going to be a tough transition, we're also excited about the opportunity to be in a new space (As anyone who has been in our basement can attest to the new space is.... less than ideal).
We're reaching out to everyone we know to help us find a new home for Book Em!  Mostly we could use help letting us know about sites that you think could work, connecting us with people who have space and spreading the word.  We'll also be having a subcommittee for the new space search so if you are interested in joining that and helping us out please send me an email. 
Below is a list of some things we are looking for in a space but we're open to hearing about anything and are trying to think outside the box! It could be a place similar to what we have now, a warehouse, rooms in a residential home, corporate commercial / office space donated in-kind...  IT could be a space used by other orgs / groups at different times or an exclusive Book Em Space. This could be a space that also hosts the TMC offices and meeting space or a unique space for Book Em.  We do have a decent amount of funds that could be used for buildi out.
