tape to cd?

HI There, I was wondering if any of you wonderful neighbors knows where I could have an old cassette tape put onto CD? I have a tape of my father playing songs for my kids and I am afraid soon we wont have any way to play it, and it is pretty beat up after many years of playing. If you know of anyone who does this , please let me know . I would hate to loose this little piece of family history. Thanks Erin
