I will soon be leaving Aspinwall (since buying a place in HP) and thought that I would share this, having enjoyed my stay at River Oaks Apartments so much. Spread the word to colleagues or friends who may be relocating or just desirous of this type of rental townhome community. Most neighbors come from local universities or hospitals. Great spot for those moving to Pittsburgh and want to rent before deciding to buy:

Lovely two story, 2 Bedroom townhome with 1and 1/2 bath (powder room) in Aspinwall for rent. Also has eat-in kitchen. Reasonable rent has not gone up in 5 years! Small private patio off of living room. Beautiful pool for all residents to enjoy. On site access to small park for children including a walking trail and shelter for picnics. This is an exceptionally well-maintained community. Because utilities are billed on a shared basis, they are also very reasonable.
