I bought some LVT flooring for my house and I have decided to go another route.  It is a solid vinyl floating drop and lock red oak looking plank that is commercial grade.  It is much better than the stuff you can get at the big box stores!

Very do-it-yourself friendly and looks exactly like natural real red oak flooring!

The flooring retails at $6.25sf, but I am offering it at my cost of $3.25sf.  I have 173.43sf (9 boxes) and I am looking to sell it all to one person.  Rounded down to the next nice number, for all of it would be $560.00
