My car was broken into this morning on the corner of Jackson St and N St Clair St. Someone took a screw driver and broke my window. I do not usually keep ANYTHING of value in my car. Unfortunately, when I came home this morning my neighbors were having A LOT of late night guests and someone parked in front my home. I was forced to park around corner. So, I was a little aggravated to say the least & didn't unplug my music (my mistake and it will NEVER happen again). One of my nieghbors saw a man messing with my car. There were things taken from my car (money and my MP3 player is what I noticed right away).

 

    I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. Needless to say, I ready to move. I am so unhappy with how this neighborhood is now. I used to be so proud to say I live in Highland Park. It's really a shame to not feel comfortable in your own neighborhood. I would like to have camera's install to monitor the around my house. Does anyone know anyone who can install a camera system and best place to purchase it? Thank you in advance.
