My husband, our 7lb schnoodle, and I are looking for a place with a little bit of outdoor space in Highland Park.  I was wondering if anyone here might know of something that will become available in the next few months.  We'd prefer to rent from an individual than a management company.

We're open to other locations in Morningside/Regent Square/Point Breeze/etc.
