The 2013 assessments are available on the county website by going to

Sometimes the website may not list all of the items considered in the evaluation so it won’t hurt to ask to see the property assessment card rather than just use the web information. It may not be available at the hearing but it should be available in the assessment office itself.

Check the comparables and see if they are really comparable. See if there are other lower ones which they have not considered.
