Personally I'm excited about Carl because he wants to make sure people can afford to live in Pittsburgh, that it isn't just a playground for the super-rich and absentee real estate investors. And, Allegheny County Jail has some of the worst conditions in the country - and I believe Carl would be more serious about addressing those conditions than our current representative for District 10.
