4 bedroom, 2 bath (with an extra enclosed Pittsburgh toilet in the basement), townhouse for sale in Highland Park on Highland Court.  Highland Court is an old-fashioned English Mews - there is a sidewalk down the center of the court and garages and driveways behind - 5 townhouses on either side of the sidewalk.   VERY PRIVATE!

Newly refinished kitchen and third floor master suite with walk-in closet and brand new bathroom with a claw foot tub.  Interior has all been newly painted for sale and the neighbors are the best in the world.  There is also a brand new stone patio with a beautiful birch tree for shade.

Highland Court is two blocks away from the 500, 71A, 73B & 74B Port Authority buses that all take you to Oakland or downtown.  We are also a couple blocks from the new Point Brugge Cafe, the great Smiling Banana Leaf Thai Restaurant, E2 Restaurant (great brunches!), Food Glorious Food pastries and the fabulous Tazza D'Oro - Highland Park's beloved coffee shop.  Two blocks from Highland Park which has tennis courts, basketball courts and a great playground.  Right next to the Pittsburgh Zoo.  On a quiet summer night, you can hear the lions roar from the patio!

Directions
Highland Court is off Callowhill Street between Negley and Mellon.  Look for the pillars at the end of the court.  #4 is the fourth house down on the left.  There will be balloons and a sign marking the entrance to the court.

If you're coming from the Highland Park area within the perimeter of the Pittsburgh Marathon, your best bet to get here is probably to walk.  We're only about 2 blocks past Bryant St. just off of Callowhill near the corner of Negley.

If you're not coming from the Highland Park area, the easiest way to get to our house will probably be:
28 to the Highland Park Bridge
left on One Wild Place
hard right at the zoo mural at the top of the hill (Lake Dr.) which then turns into Mellon St.
turn left onto Bunkerhill St.
turn right onto N. St. Clair St.
turn right onto Callowhill St.
look for the open house sign on the right about 3 houses before Negley

I'd strongly suggest checking out the Pittsburgh Marathon route and suggestions:

Hope to see you there!

Best,
