Many of the people who read the HPCC bboard receive regular services (cleaning, lawn work, dog-walking, , etc. etc. from many other folks who live in HP and the surrounding area.

I know that several of you have already decided to continue to maintain some level of regular payment to those “regulars” who can no longer come into your home. 

But, in addition, if you have the resources, you might want to think about some financial arrangement in which you provide some advance payment, or even a  cash gift, to one or more of the many tradesmen  -- carpenters, plumbers, roofers, electricians --  that you have used over the years, and probably will in the future  -- who keep our homes running when we need them - many of whom, right now, are facing severe cash flow problems. 

I’m not suggesting any formally organized “go fund me” kind of thing: rather, just something for many of us to consider and to decide on their own.
