Dear Neighbors,
I just pulled out a large clump of Jerusalem Artichoke tubers from my garden.  I have put the small tubers in green newspaper bags (1 or 2 tubers per bag) by the rose bush at the foot of my driveway.  Please come help yourself.  Please also take only 1 or 2 bags so others may also have some.

These plants are great natural screens.  They grow about 7-10 feet tall, bloom with brilliant yellow daisy like flowers in the fall, require zero maintenance, and spread.  I have not been able to produce tubers of a size worth eating.  I've grown them for the flowers.

Enjoy.
