Greetings,
I've done 4 computers so far and it ~could be~ as easy as:

1) Hit your Windows Key on the keyboard and type
windows up - then click on
"Check for updates"

2) Look for a ~small line~ that says "Enroll..." and click where it says "Enroll"
A new window will pop up where you ...

3) Sign in to your Microsoft account
You will need to know your Account sign in info. with is the email address you use
and the password you use for your Microsoft account.
(If no password see below ########)

4) Once you sign in all the way there will be a button that says something like
Add this device - and at that point you should see that your device is enabled
for Extended Security Updates.

Easy way = done!

Harder way -
***IF*** you don't see the option to enroll - it ~most likely~ can be fixed.
Detailed info on how to fix is here:
https://www.askwoody.com/forums/topic/how-to-extend-windows-10-support-now-published-by-ghacks/#post-2807330

and finally

***IF*** you can't figure out the fix - email me - give me your phone number - and I can probably
(depending on your ability to focus and follow instructions) walk you through it over the phone.

########
(If you don't know the password it can be recovered - call MSFT at 800-642-7676 and say things like "reset password" or "password recovery"
to get the ai bot to direct you to the correct place.

Good luck!
Steve Karl
