Hello Neighbors, I just wanted to let you know that I have been using Roland Ranallo to do renovations on a townhouse in HP and I have to say his work has been fantastic. His prices were more reasonable than any other bid I received and that is what actually concerned me initially, I thought "You get what you pay for"............ With that being said, he has put a deck on the back and built a room in the basement that includes a utility room and a walk in closet. Additionally he installed two windows, did some electrical and plumbing, and all his work was A+. What I was most impressed with was his finish work was top notch. He actually textured the walls in the basement and it looks unbelievably good. Additionally, he called me within 24 hours, came right over and only charged me time plus materials. He always keep me informed as well. I highly recommend his service, I have been very impressed with his work, professionalism, and price.
