LaScola's has opened right behind Smiling Banana Leaf on N Euclid, as of this morning.  I stopped in and bought a few cookies and had a sample of chocolate and black raspberry frozen custard from the soft-serve machine.  They have an Italian Twister, which is frozen custard and italian ice in a twist from the soft-serve machine.  They have 4 flavors of frozen custard and 4 flavors of italian ice that I saw. 

So since we are having a warm weather day, head on up and have a cool treat.  They are open until 7 pm tonight.  This is a "soft" opening, as their grand opening is next Friday 10/13.
