Someone to clean clogged drain at bottom of gutter downspout

I have a clog at the bottom of the downspout from my gutter, as it passes into the drain under my house. I called A1, my usual drain service, and they said they do not do those types of clogs. They also said there was no one they would recommend, but to stay away from any "big names." Since the clog sends water spilling over the drain and into my basement, I would like this handled sooner rather than later. Does anyone have the name of someone or some company whom they have used successfully to clear a clogged downspout drain?
