Hi Neighbors! I'm in the process of downsizing, cleaning out my apartment, and I'm getting rid of a really comfortable lazy-boy type chair.  The only thing wrong with it is it's been loved by three clawed cats over the years, but with a bit of stitching and a cover, it'd be great.  It's on the curb in front of my apartment (827 N Sheridan Ave) and is free for whomever can pick it up - first come, first serve!
