Pilates Fusion:
This lesson is designed specifically to work on proper skeletal alignment while lengthening, toning ,strengthening and releasing muscle tension . Participants will learn to engaging abdominal energy and build awareness and strength while centering and softening around the joints. Participants are encouraged to work in a released manner where one exercise will transition into the next via movement or stretch . The lesson draws from Pilates , yoga , and release movement techniques . This lesson is at one hour duration.
