Often one walks away from yoga class restored, renewed, and in a deep state of peace! A wonderful way to start the week!
Tuesday morning class is currently meeting in a very lovely Chapel in The First United Methodist Church in Shadyside, 5401 Centre Ave., 15232. There is parking in a lot off of Centre Ave. I will place signs so that it's easy to find the Chapel.
Class is open to everyone, please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. We begin at 8 a.m. for an hour long session, cost is $10.
