Any recommendation for selling a car that needs work as is

Hi neighbors, We have a very old car, toyota echo 2003, and we just tried to get inspection and heard that it will cost $1000 to get the necessary work to pass the inspection. Since it's our third car and we don't want to spend that much money for this car, we would like to sell it as is. Does any of you know where would be the best place to sell this type of car?
