Hello Neighbors,
 
We recently received a sofa bed, so need to sell our loveseat to make room. It is an attractive dark green with various colored stripes, has always been in a non-smoking home, and is in really great condition. It has been a study/office couch for all of its life, so it has had much less sit-time than a standard couch.

It is perfect for an office or study, or it could be covered with a slip cover (for color reasons only) and put into a child's room, bedroom, etc.
