Greetings Everyone! I have been asked by a few people how they might be able to help with the Reservoir of Jazz 2004, and at the time I said I would let everyone know. Well, It's time... 1. I have well over 5,000 fliers to get the word out about our event/dates, which by the way starts next Sunday! I need people to contact me for fliers to take out to neighborhoods... take them to places like coffee shops, food joints, anywhere we can. We missed the city's booklet this year because their deadline is so early and we didn't know if we would get the grant til later on in the year. If you are at all interested in fliers you can pick them up at my house at 6012 Bryant St. Just let me know how many and where they are going so we don't double up. 2. I also need people up at the concert site to help set up and take down stuff each week. If you can lend a hand please contact me via e-mail or phone: 412-661-4054. 3. All the Best Catering Co. will be at our event selling food...so please note that there will be food there to purchase if you don't want to worry about packing something. 4. The Crystal Radiance Wellness Studio on Bryant St. (which is unbelievable by the way I had a beautiful experience there, fantastic message...) will have massage chairs at Reservoir of Jazz to give rub downs so think about giving back to yourself a little while listening to JAZZ! 5.
