I am happy to sign onto the lease and to renew the following year if I am enjoying the living situation. I expect to remain in Pittsburgh for the foreseeable future. I am a community organizer. I tend to work long hours and some of the weekend outside the house, although on days where I don't have a lot of meetings scheduled I may do some work from home. I consider myself kind, funny, chill, flexible, and very mind mannered when I am at home. I keep common areas clean and pick up after my own messes. I am very responsible and can be counted on to pay rent, bills, and take care of things around the house in a timely manner. I occasionally like having people for over for dinner, a drink, or something low-key thing at home, nothing crazy. I am good direct communicator and able to compromise so that everyone's needs and lifestyles can be accommodated.

I prefer a place with wood floors, an on-site washer and dryer, and no cats. I have no pets.
