It has been dry cleaned and stored in a smoke free pet free home.
So very silky smooth soft! I think it's from the 90's (going by the tag).
It belonged to a friend who wore it a few times and then gave it to me, but I've never worn it.
There are a few wrinkles you will have to steam out.
