I'm hoping everyone had a fantastic Halloween and is now getting ready for Thanksgiving! 

I apologize for the delay in getting November's newsletter out, I've been working with a lot of buyers who are anxious to buy a house before the end of the year since interest rates are expected to rise in January. The problem is, there are not a lot of houses on the market right now!
