My name is Sean and I am looking for a house to buy.  I am a 30-something, single, first time home buyer.  I am looking for a smaller house/ carriage house that may need some cosmetic work, but the structure, furnace, and things like that are sound.  I would love to stay in the neighborhood... let me know!!
