A white car was seen idling very close to the rear of our blue Subaru Forester on morning of Fri 3/20 in the 600 block of N Euclid.

When we went to use the car a short time later the rear driver's side light fixture was broken, costing us $100 to replace (so long as I do it myself, otherwise $300 at the garage).

Is there a way to report this to the police other than 911, just for their numbers?
