Neighbors - Halloween is coming up fast! We hope you'll join us for the annual Highland Park Costume Parade, this Saturday October 25th, 10:30am to Noon at the Highland Park entrance fountain. 

The City of Pittsburgh has announced this year’s designated trick-or-treat hours: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 31.
