Hi -

I have a good friend who's looking for an inexpensive studio apartment, or else a private room within someone's home. He's got excellent references and works in the arts with youth at the Manchester Craftsmen's Guild. He lives well outside of town right now and the commute is wearing him down. He was hoping to try out a place at least through the summer.
