I went to a rain barrel workshop with the PA Resources Council and received the pieces (minus the barrel) needed to construct one. I never got a barrel to finish the project (and now have one from Nine Mile Run). So - FREE to anyone interested, the pieces (but no barrel) needed to create a rain barrel.
