The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) and community stakeholders have brought on a team of landscape architects, planners, and engineers led by WRT to create a framework for a major new neighborhood open space system. Through a robust community and stakeholder engagement process, the WRT Team will develop conceptual level planning and design for the park system and detailed design and implementation of a new signature 3-acre neighborhood park.
