Looking for a recommendation on someone who can do a house tour with us for a complete Reno-job. This would be a pre-offer walk through to get a rough idea of total renovation costs on a property we’re looking to buy - only looking for someone experienced in full renovations that can give overall project cost. This would be for an investment/rental property.
