ISO a Bike beyond repair

I’m looking for a bike for a craft project. Rusty, dirty, old, and broken are all fine, but it needs to have a frame, handle bars and wheels, and tires, even if tires are flat and known to have holes. Adult size is preferred, please. I will dig it out with gloves And mask on if buried, social distance, pick it up, pay or barter, etc. Could I use a bike that works or could be made to work with a little TLC? Sure, but I don’t really want to pay what such a bike is worth during this current COVID time of bicycle scarcity, and somebody probably wants it or needs it more dearly than me.
