looking for appliance repair service

Hi Neighbors, Our old faithful repair company failed us during the pandemic: They sent a new person who didn’t know how to wear his mask and didn’t know how to repair our problem. We ended up having to buy a new dishwasher. Now we have a broken gas oven and I’m reluctant to call them back. Does anyone have a repair company they’re happy with/NOT happy with these days?
