Dear Neighbors,

Please remember to bring your costumed kids (all ages) & cameras to the Highland Park fountain this Saturday, October 31 at 3:30 for the first annual costume parade and pre-trick or treat pizza party!! This is a great way for the kids to show off their costumes before it gets dark & extend their Halloween celebration. 

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

**FUNNIEST COSTUME!

**SCARIEST COSTUME!

**MOST CREATIVE COSTUME!

**WEIRDEST COSTUME!

PLUS: plenty of Halloween trinkets to give away for all costumed kids!!

WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS - PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOU CAN HELP

WE NEED:  A PANEL OF NEUTRAL COSTUME JUDGES

A SET UP AND CLEAN UP CREW

 PEOPLE TO SERVE PIZZA & POUR CIDER

MUSICIANS TO PLAY PROMENADING TYPE MUSIC WHILE THE KIDS WALK AROUND THE FOUNTAIN
