There are three notaries in Senator Ferlo's District Office at 3519 Butler Street who don't charge for the service.&nbsp; Obviously, third-party filing fees, etc. still apply.<br><br>Call 412-621-3006 and ask for Tom, Yolanda, or Suzanne to make sure one of them will be there before you head down.
